Preparation time: 10 - 15 Min.

300 g lentils, 400 ml red wine or 4 tbsp vinegar in 350 ml water, 2 potatoes, peeled and diced, 1 large carrot, finely diced, 1 onion, finely diced, 100 g celeriac, finely diced, 1 parsley root, finely diced, Salt, pepper, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper or 1 dash of Tabasco, 1-2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp sugar
